Testimonials

“When I was in that training I experienced numerous thing like knowing gears and all equipment needed in rock climbing and it's names and how to used it, how to set and verify anchor, how a good anchor must be settled, efficient way to set an anchor in properly way, the way to belay with different belaying device, rescues setting, abseiling or rappelling as a guide, how to check your climber with six H, lead climb by clipping QuickDraw, Double checking every time to make sure you're safe and other numerous things.

In that training the most valuable part of it, it was everything but there are some special things like PBUS belaying method, 10-12grade for anchoring, setting an anchor with magic x, safety first before everything and time management in every action of the program.

There something surprised me in good way and challenged me at the same time when I was in that training, I learn how to be a quick thinker by using all the resources I have nearly without going so far away to search other help.”

“At the training, I connected with people who have been doing the same thing I am doing for so long, they addressed different questions I had, and I left ACC training with an idea of how to do this and with tools and the network to get the work done.

For me, the most valuable part was to get words of what I have been doing and dreams I had. I have been edified by different testimonies and experiences of those who have been doing Christian camps for decades and I know it’s not impossible even to pioneer this.

I was surprised to hear all humble beginnings of everyone at camp and how there is always room for improvement for everyone despite how long they have been in ministry.”

“Overall experience: It was an exceptional, highly interactive experience. Jess was incredible—she openly shared all her knowledge and expertise to ensure every single participant truly understood the technical concepts and practical application.

Most valuable part: Bringing all the skills together and reaching the point where I could confidently belay another person for the very first time.

A pleasant surprise: Learning how to abseil (rappelling down the rock face by myself on the rope) was an amazing surprise! Experiencing that degree of independence on the wall was incredible.”
