Where I Began…

Growing up, Christian camping shaped the foundation of my faith. It was at camp that a commitment to follow Christ first took root, and where my natural love for the outdoors and adventure found direction and purpose.

Since then, I’ve felt called to help others experience that same life-changing connection with God through creation. While pursuing a degree in Pastoral Studies, I spent my summers leading adventure trips for teens and walking alongside them in their faith journeys....

After college, I spent several years working outdoor jobs, gaining experience, perspective, and searching for where my passions and calling intersected.

Caving - Southern Adventist University 2018

In 2018, I decided to go back to school to earn a Master’s in Outdoor Education, which lead to a role as a program coordinator and lead guide for a big brand in the outdoor industry. After several years in that role, I felt it was time to return to outdoor ministry and christian camping.

Now, my path is leading to an incredible opportunity to serve in East Africa—helping create spaces where people can encounter Christ through adventure, community, and the beauty of creation, just like I experienced in my youth and continue to experience on a daily basis.
